Bhubaneswar: CSM Technologies FY26 delivered a strong financial performance with total income rising 14.0% year-on-year to ₹228.72 crore, while profit after tax increased 70.2% to ₹24.01 crore.

The company also reported a healthy order book of ₹357.63 crore, providing strong revenue visibility for the coming period.

Bhubaneswar-based CSM Technologies Limited (BSE: 544806 | NSE: CSM), a GovTech and enterprise digital transformation company, announced its audited consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. These are the company’s first full-year results since its listing.

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.

Profitability was reported after an exceptional charge of ₹273.24 lakh related to the statutory impact of the new Labour Codes.

Q4 FY26 Performance

The CSM Technologies FY26 fourth-quarter results showed continued profitability improvement despite a sequential decline in revenue.

Q4 profitability was also stated after the ₹273.24 lakh exceptional charge. Profit before tax for the quarter, before this one-time charge, stood at ₹1,417.28 lakh, up 92.1% YoY.

Order Book Provides Revenue Visibility

As of March 31, 2026, CSM Technologies FY26 reported an outstanding order book of ₹357.63 crore. The backlog is equivalent to more than 1.5 times the company’s FY26 revenue, offering strong visibility for future revenue generation.

The company’s EBITDA margin expanded by 571 basis points to 21.0%, supported by improved delivery efficiencies and operating leverage while continuing investments in technology and delivery capabilities.

Investments in Technology and Infrastructure

During FY26, the company invested:

  • ₹10.25 crore in Intangible Assets Under Development
  • ₹3.17 crore in property, plant and equipment
  • ₹1.17 crore in capital work-in-progress

These investments were aimed at strengthening proprietary products, technology platforms, infrastructure, and future growth capabilities.

CSM Technologies FY26 continued to strengthen its presence across India and international markets, particularly in Africa. The company leveraged its domain expertise across:
